About Us

Edward Cuccias, Esq. has been practicing law for 15 years in Fairfax County, Virginia.  He received his Law Degree (JD - Juris Doctor) from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Before starting his practice in Fairfax, he served as a Political Appointee at the Department of Defense at the Pentagon, and as as staff attorney at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Representation by Cuccias Law Office will include an examination of the facts, a review of the applicable statutes and case law, a review of steps to take in preparation for Plea Negotiation and Trial, meeting with the Officer(s), negotiation with the Prosecutor, and/or trial.
The client's unique situation (goals, fears, concerns) is kept in mind throughout the representation, especially when deciding whether to accept a Plea Offer or reject it and go to trial.
Cuccias Law Office is located directly across the street from the Fairfax County Courthouse on Chain Bridge Road in Fairfax City, Virginia.  It is accessible via Metro and CUE bus lines.  Free parking is available.  Appointments are available on weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays.  Legal fee payments are accepted via cash, certified checks, money orders and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discover).
